I'm looking for a good omega-3 supplement for my kids. We eat fatty fish at least once a week but I'd like to give them more over the course of the week. Everything for kids is too low a dose and would use up the supplements way to fast around here. Should I just go to the good old fashioned cod liver oil liquid?
